Cynosure, Inc. assures their customers, the confidence of receiving the correct parts for their products and shipped using the most cost/time efficient way possible. We have a number of years’ experience in export documentation, packing and finding the most competitive freights available. Please note that Cynosure recommends that all parts should be replaced by a Cynosure, Factory trained technician.

Warranties

Cynosure offers a 30 day limited warranty on all replaceable parts. To receive parts under warranty, a Technical Report Form must be filled in completely before the parts will be excepted for warranty claim. Please contact Simon Ball at sb@cynosurelaser.co.uk

Returning Damaged Equipment

All returned equipment must have an RMA Number. You may obtain one either via E-mail or by Telephone through our Customer Services Department. Customer services will issue you a RMA # and track your equipment through the entire process, from when it is received, until the time the equipment returns to you. We do our best to ensure a quick turn around time. 

Note: a purchase order or credit card number will be needed before any repairs are started.

1. Model number of all individual pieces.
2. Serial Number of all individual pieces.
3. Name of Company
4. A contact name and telephone number.
5. An address for the company.
6. A fax number and E-mail if available.
7. A failure description.

(If the information is not listed, Customer Service will be asking for the information before the RMA Number can be processed).
